Dr. Phonez offers a 30-day return policy for faulty items, subject to a 5% non-refundable bank fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Non-faulty items are subject to a 20% restock fee and the 5% non-refundable bank fee. Customers must obtain RMA approval and return items within 30 days of the order date.

A 30-day exchange policy applies to all shop items, excluding additional fees unless the exchanged item has a higher value. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. RMA approval is required, and items must be returned within 30 days of the order date.

11. Billing & Shipping

Orders must have updated billing and shipping addresses. Shipping address verification is required. We do not ship to hotel locations, and orders placed to hotels may be canceled with a 5% non-refundable bank fee.
